Deliver your products when orders are received

Listen up warriors.

Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a product and having difficulty getting delivery.Always check your autoresponders and make sure they are working. If you have an upgrade option on a product, make it easy to get both the original and the upgrade without getting kicked off the page and having to file a request.

I think some people get so caught up in peddling their wares that they forget to serve their customers. Warriors, If you cannot be contacted easily, you should get out of the market place.

How many times do we get warm, friendly treatment when being introduced to a product, only to be treated like a stranger when trying to contact the seller because of problems with the order.

I guess I'm lucky ... most of the products I buy come with excellent customer service.

I hate that you had a bad experience. I go to extraordinary efforts to give quality customer service. I've compensated people with free products when they've had trouble as a way to say thank you for being patient and for being inconvenienced.

I also got a free upgrade from Enterprise Rental Cars when I had trouble with my rental car over the holiday. You know where I'll be getting my next rental car from?

BTW-I love the shame and blame idea!

Oops! I meant "shame and name," not blame. When you do that, it helps others to avoid a bad experience. Just make sure that you let the vendor know and give them a chance to fix it.

This was not a "paint everyone with the same brush" rant, but rather a general reminder, that we have an obligation to our customers when we get paid. Only those who are guilty of this need to take it personally.
yes I've been burned on more than one occasion...and most recent was $90 on Tuesday for a product I've been unable to access for 5 days. because the seller's auto system is apparently failing to send password login as promised. yes I've tried to contact through every means supplied by this marketer... without success.
I'll try through tomorrow, and you can bet I'll name and shame if no results.
