Hello,

How much would you pay for a site that is ranking #1 in google for the term that gets 6k exact searches/month.

The site havn't been monetize and google analytics is not installed.

How much would you pay for it ? $20 ? $50 ? $100 ? $500 ? How much ?

    Would depend on the term, and just generally on the market.

    Very little, imo values should only really be applied based on revenue, when based on traffic estimates they are always over valued to the revenue they would actually bring in, and when based on keyword ranking it is often even worse.

    At most I would say you can't pay more than $20-50, and probably you won't get that much even if you are the one trying to sell.

    If you will not show the product then How anyone can valuate it lol..

    You will have to show the website, domain name, domains age, how many visitors it received till now,etc

    Then only anyone can valuate your website properly

    If the site is at #1, it might be getting around 3K pageviews. Assuming the site can be monetized through AdSense, if CPM is $10, you have $30 per month. So, maximum value of the site = $30x10.

    Easy way:
    1. Install Analytics.
    2. Install Adsense.
    3. Keep both for at least 1 week-1 month.
    4. Use the data to arrive at more realistic valuation.

    Your site would be considered high risk. It hasn't been monetized - everyone is only interested in a revenue producing site. It's ranked #1 in google for what niche?

    How many UNIQUE visitors per day/week/month determines value.

    At this point, I would say I would pass.
