Search Engine Ranking Question

I need to be able to show clients in other states their position in the SERPS.
for my SEO business.

Is there a tool that allows me to check the search engine rank of a site in another location? For instance, I live in Florida. My client is in Texas. My results are very different than his in Google. How can I see the results from a Texas IP address?

    The only thing I can think of would be trying to use a proxy which has an IP address from that area. This will probably be trick to do though and is usually grouped by country rather than IP address.
    I don't know how much search results vary by state, unless you are doing local google business marketing?
