Does Something Like This Exist?

I'm looking to get a mini-site made (header, footer, buttons, ebook cover, etc.) but I'm also looking to have the sales copy written and formatted too. Does anyone know of sites that offer BOTH of these services TOGETHER?

I've looked all over and haven't seen anything, but I figure there has to be a service or site that offers this...anyway, just thought I'd ask my fellow warriors

    Matt LaClear has offered to not only do a website, but to drive it to Google #1 for only 99 bucks - and the whole 99 goes straight to Ken's paypal for his cancer treatment. You will never find quality like that and that service for anywhere near that ridiculous low price anywhere ever again. Get to it - he limited the offer.

      We sold out all 100 sites for Ken within four or five days. So sadly that pricing has gone the way of the dinosaurs. But you're right it was a ridiculously low price. But anything for our Kenny!

    Best u have your copy done, then a site like minisiteshark.com will do ALL THE REST for you. The owner there is a real genuine and competent guy. They'll take care of "everything when it comes to banners, grapihcs, sales letter formatting etc". And very good prices. Hope this helps.
