Seeking feedback from marketers, PR managers, and brand managers

Hello,

I'm new here, but I have some experience in internet marketing - this seems like a great community. I'm conducting customer development for a product I'm working on and I'm looking for feedback from brand managers, PR professionals, & marketers. (The product allows people to monitor real-time sentiment of certain keywords across social networks.) I'm not trying to sell anything, I'm just looking for comments and feedback.

If anyone has 15 minutes or so to spare for a Skype chat or a phone call, please let me know.
