Establishing a business

So I've had a business license for one of my old ideas for a while and I've been using it for my primary services.

Today, I went to the treasurer and records office to finally establish my business under a new name (the official name).

I've never really dealt with local clients, but it was interesting to see that just in doing this process, I found 2 people that were highly interested in my business model.

Does anyone here have any experience with local clients (I wouldn't consider this "offline" as it would still be doing business "online").

I'm interested to hear what you have to say about local clients vs. non-local clients.

Are local clients more difficult in the fact that they feel they deserve "more" because they are closer?

And should I offer my services (or any services for that matter) at a higher price than I do with non-local clients?

What's your take?
