Here is what you need to know...

Any website can have traffic sent to it and create money.

I could be wrong, but it is likely a cookie cutter affiliate website that someone sent traffic too.

Meaning if you buy it, you will not make a dime unless you send traffic to it being that it likely is nowhere to be found in the search engines.

    Hope this helps,
    Chris

I'd definitely be careful when purchasing something. If it seems to good to be true to you, then it more than likely is.

It's up for you to determine. Since at the end of the day you are the one who will send traffic to it.
If it is all ready making $50.00 a day, or week, or month, or year....whatever the case may be. You will eventually be responsible for delivering traffic. So you may buy it, and then it may stop making that $50.00.

    Who?

Regardless, if something sounds too good to be true it likely is, especially on the internet. If you had websites that you could sell for $3,000, would you sell them for $49?

Be Careful... You shouldn't even have asked whether he is genuine or not
      He's definitely not!

Stay away from that guy, i agree with "B and B" you will never sell a site for $49 if you can sell it for $3k.

    Hi money fan,

1.) Generally speaking, a site's selling price is around 9 - 12 times higher than its monthly reaults. This offer is suspicious to me, so I wouldn't buy it.

2.) B and B is asking a completely legitimate question.

3.) If he could sell it, then good for him. Maybe he'll find some unexperienced people. The problem used to begin after the purchase, when a buyer isn't able to produce revenue from his new toy.

4.) Before you buy anything, do yourself a favour. Do your due diligence. Perform a reserach about the seller, what kind of actions he had before, and by what results.

    All the best,

    Sandor
