Once your site is complete....

...where do you go from there? Do you have a method that you repeat? As a noob im taking in so much info im getting lost, so far ive basically:

Submitted to DMOZ
Wrote 3 articles (shall do more)
yahoo directory


....what else? I keep hearing social bookmarks...is there an automated way of doing this?

    If you have money to invest their are some amazing softwares.

    If you don't I suggest starting out with a free software like OnlyWire Auto Poster. Basically allows you to go and register at a bunch of social sites in the beginning then you can submit one link and description to onlywire and it will post to the 20ish social sites you signed up for.

    These links are great for getting your site initially indexed and even ranking.
    You will also need to continue to write articles for backlinks and submit to the popular directories.

    Of course that can be automated with software as well but I'll just let you digest that for now

    You can buy social bookmark autoposters or you can get a few fiverr social bookmarking gigs. I've had good success with fiverr social bookmarking gigs and it takes the work of social bookmarking off of me.

    Keep adding content. You've got a good start.

    you need ti test, test test and get all the traffic you can.

    we use,

    -PPC
    -JV's
    -Articles (seo'ed)
    - CPA
    - Press releases

    that is a good start and will keep you busy to errr sunday I think LOL.
