Nice looking blog. Posts look interesting. I wouldn't change anything in the design. Just keep posting and promoting.

It's good! Instead of the flash image on top of the page add a video that promises a good info to capture the visitor's interest. You may offer incentives to join your email list by providing even more value after they finish watching the video.

From the SEO stand point the blog is good. Why do you have two menus on top of the page? Simplify it a little and have just one.

Overall add some videos to this blog, it would make it better. You want combination of video + text.

You have made me think about adding a video to the top of my page.
I have 2 menus because the top one is for products,referal bonus system
my story, money in your mind system, tools and guest blogger section.
The second menu is post categories, so visitors can go straight to the posts they are looking for.
I will think about adding video to my site.

I do not mind your blog at all.

Keep posting good quality content, and SEO your blog posts and keep track of the posts the get the most traffic, then you know what to post more of to bring in more traffic.

Also try to do some guest posting on other high traffic blogs, and that will get more people coming. The design looks fine, but just get more traffic, things to not happen overnight, just be consistant and keep giving your readers nice, high quality stuff to chew on and they will come back for more and more, and you will attract new readers also.

These are not big items, but things I would change..

1. Get rid of the calendar in the right sidebar.
2. You have the Archives in both the right sidebar and the footer, eliminate 1.
3. Recent posts are both in the sidebar and the footer, eliminate 1.
4. Why should I sign-up for your newsletter? Change your heading of your opt-in box to tell me what I'll get by signing up, something like: "Sign-up for my newsletter to learn the latest Internet Marketing Techniques" (That is a really bad example....you can do better than what I said.)
5. Use your picture somewhere towards the top of the blog in a static location, you have a very natural inviting look in the photo towards the bottom of your homepage which could help add trust and personal branding if moved to the top.
6. I agree with Guru_Marketing, try to reduce your top menus to one. Use the Wordpress menu nesting to create drop down menus to take care of the items in both.
7. Unless the "Virtual Assistant" is your business kill the link and text for "Created by a Virtual Assistant" in the footer.
8. Take everything I just said with a grain of salt... Your site looks very nice. The color scheme is great. The feel is excellent...

Thank you very much for your detailed comment.
I removed the calender and archives from my sidebar, it does look better.
Im going to improve and update my sign up form.
Im also going to add my pic to the header, like you said it will add trust which is so important.
Virtual assistant is the company I use, so I will keep it included.

A few more things you can work on:
1. The Page speed score of your site is just 55. I would recommend using a caching plugin to load your site faster.
2. Total size of your web page is 1100 KB.. It should not be more than 300KB.. See where you can remove the extra gibberish present on your site.

If your blog wont load faster, people might as well close the browser window before even getting to read the content on it

Also if you are thinking of ranking for some keywords faster loading time plays good role in improving our serp position.

P.S. Do all what Barry mentioned above ASAP
