How to setup a website step by step?

Hi,

I'm a newbie in IM but devoted and a quick learner. I didn't know how to setup a website on my own so I joined NPC about 2 1/2 months ago. It's supposed to be a step by step classroom, but there were problems with the tools, and the helper keeps resetting my website so I had to start from scratch again and again. I am looking for a better program.

I'm asking if anyone know a program that can show me step by step on how to setup a website linking affiliates - video demo.

  • What exactly are you having trouble with? Usually after you purchased hosting, you should have an option to install Wordpress and you are ready to write content as an affiliate...

    • this is extremly easy. you can find all the tools for instaling wordpress on your domain in your hosting account.

      just be carefull with it after you finish your website... because i had 3 websites completed and running, and today i added a new domain, installed something wrong, delete it.... and bang. all my data from my other sites is deleted too. just visit one of the sites in my signature.
      **** this hostgator bs. i did nothing wrong, and they put me to pay 15$ for restoring my account...

      anyway, the best way to create a website is with wordpress. you can find plenty of free information on google or youtube. just type "wordpress tutorials" and you`ll find what you need.

    • You all speak like professional IM so it's hard to image what a newbie like me need to learn.

      I don't know how to setup a website or what I need to install. I bought a domain and hosted through NPC. NPC gives me step by step on how to implement pages, footers, affiliate links.

      Can you suggest another program like NPC? It's a good program and I do like Adam's teaching, but the help is not there any more. So I need to find something else instead of waiting.
