how to get fiverr to refund...

I got my fiverr account banned but they seem to not know why... i had over $20 worth of orders that i had not received so i wanted a refund. its been two weeks and i cant get a refund, they dont even respond to my emails! What do i do? Thanks

    It will take 45 to 90 days for your money to be returned, depending on the reason for your ban.

    These order probably will get done, but I don't see you receiving the services and you are not going to review it. If these are SEO services, you don't have to worry, if it is something they will submit through your account, I would say you lost these orders.

    sellers don't know if you got banned or not.

      If you paid via Paypal you simply file with Paypal for a refund. Fiverr rarely responds and you should get your refund. If they do respond then state your case.

    In terms of voilating fiverr rules they can ban. You did not mentioned the reason why they banned. If you could have provide the reason assistance will be some how easy. As per Lillblackdress you can proceed from Paypal side so there will be some use.
