  • 1. Outsource anything you don't want to do yourself but can afford to pay someone else to do. 2. Pay whatever is affordable and profitable (Filipinos will ask $2.50 an hour for SEO etc.). 3. Asia is cheap but there are language and cultural issues. I've found Eastern Europe to be good. 4. Avoid Russia. 5. Work out the most important activities you'll require to make your business model work. Then work out the skills and resources required for each of these activities. If you don't have the skills required, or you'll be wasting resources (such as time) on any of these activities if you do them yourself, you should outsource. Just do the Math
  • One great tip from a Jeff Dedrick video was.... be very specific when telling the outsource person what you want them to do because they will be doing exactly that.

I learned the hard way after outsourcing some articles. When I got them back they were not anything I could use - I went back and looked at my instructions to them and saw that I was not clear enough in my instructions. It was my fault. I wish I would have watched that video sooner!
  • Outsourcing can be great if you find the right person for the job. You'll have to do some testing, nobody stumbles upon the answer to their questions straight away. Once you've tested out a few writers, see who works best for you, and stick with them.

Paying for articles lower than $7 can be risky, as the content doesn't always live up to the writers word, plus you get what you pay for with that kind of money.

Outsource the deeds which you either aren't comfortable with, or don't have time for.

I've seen quite a few bad experiences with fiverr, and even some here on the WF, like I said test writers until you find that golden one.

Just be sure not to give out all your jobs at once, send out a little test to start with, see how your work returns, if it's good, give them some more, if not, you know what to do! At least this way you haven't paid out hundreds of dollars and got back some terrible work.

    Hope this helps

    Jack.
