Ebay doesn't like my ebook

I tried posting my ebook on ebay to sell and it wants me to sell it in classified ad format. I dont want that but is there any other way i can sell my ebook on ebay or methods like ebay?

    Ebay changed their rules a while ago about ebooks. It's classified ads or nothing. Why don't you try selling it off your website?

    You can sell your ebook on a CD and ship it to the buyer, you can also add some bonuses on the CD as re-branded reports on the same topic/niche to affiliate commissions.

    The classified ad section of eBay is ideal. For $10 you get a 30-day ad. Unlike auction listings, you can actually put live links in your ad. Load your headline with appropriate keywords and use it to drive traffic to your sales page (or optin page). For 10 bucks you can generate a lot of really targeted traffic to all kinds of offers.       This is actually a sound idea, but who browses ebay classified ads ?
      Would it not be better to place a classified ad in a newspaper ?

        There are two types of eBay classifieds. One sucks as it's a stand alone entity with little activity. The other, the one I'm talking about, is a very good option for selling all types of stuff because your ad shows up right alongside auction listings.

        Do a search on eBay for any popular item. Click on as many listings as it takes until you find one that says "Classified Listing." You'll see what I'm talking about.

        I thought Ebay classifieds was the same as kijiji? Wouldn't your Ebay classified ad appear on kijiji as well? If it's the case then kijiji is very popular and much more effective than a newspaper ad.

    Ebay would be the way to go over a newspaper. Much more targeted traffic, much cheaper, and the internet is open to the world that newspaper is only going to be shown in that one area. You might as well give it a go. At worst you loose $10.
