Big Popular Forums that allow Sigs and are not filled with Spam

I am looking for a big forum, any topic other than SEO where I can post real content and have a sig link. Big message boards like Bodybuilding 2+2 Digital Spy, except that it should allow a Sig.

Any thoughts? I would prefer not SEO. Over at DF there is so much low content spam, I was hoping to get a quality forum where I could post actual content along with a working sig link.
