My Idea For Getting Off The Treadmill..

There aren't enough hours in the day!

I'm trying to build up some sites that are fairly well-established to generate a good level of income (over 60K per year). Last year brought in about $10K. I find that doing all the necessary marketing, Google dancing and site development is just too time consuming.

I had this idea of trying to find a partner who would take on some of the workload, so that way we could finally build up the momentum and get to the 'maintenance and money generating' point. I've tried sites like Flippa but didn't find anyone who wanted to buy only 50%.

Anyone have any ideas on how to find a good partner?

    • As the above mentioned, check out the JV section here on the forum.
Great idea though. People often dont' treat this like a real business and refuse to invest any money, or partner up and ask for help with it.
You're on the right track. Keep it up.

You don't necessarily need a partner....you need a team...I would forget about getting a partner...

My suggestion is that you build a team of interns that you can get to build your business and do all of the work...

Wealth is built by leverage...it seems like you have a good foundation...now you need to leverage and take it to the next level...

PM me and I can send you over some info for where to get some interns...I do not want to make it public :-)
