With your original document (Microsoft Word or whatever you use to create the document), you simply include the image(s) you want, then create PDF.

You can press "print screen" on your keyboard (in the upper right hand corner), go to edit > paste in Paint or similar program, crop and edit it, then paste that into your Word document. When everything is done you can export it as a PDF and the image should be right where you added or pasted it.

Press the "print screen" button. Open a graphics program such as MS Paint, or Photoshop. Paste your screenshot. Crop it as desired. Save it as a JPG and insert it into your Word doc, or just do a copy and paste directly from the graphics program into your Word doc.

EDIT>> LOL Gary posted the exact same answer as I was writing mine

    Hi Reese...

You would need a program that captures screen images...

    Here's what you can do...

    1) Type your document in MS Word or OpenOffice...

    2) Capture screenshots using the program and save them as jpg.

    3) Insert the JPG image as in your document as you would any regular clip art or image from your hard drive.

    4) Proofread your document once you are finished. Check for spelling and grammatical errors.

    5) Go to doc2pdf.net It's a free converter that will convert your .doc files to .pdf

    6) Sell the PDF, make billions, and retire with a beautiful mansion, a yacht, and a young hot woman....just kidding

Hope this helps...best of luck to you.

      I would just add...

Your image can end up quite large - taking up a lot of "space" in your document. Be sure to downsize it before using it. It's best if you can crop as close as possible to the relevant parts to minimize the file size. Also, be sure the image is set at 72 dpi and is a jpeg or gif format.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting a program called SnagIt

It is hands down, the most used software on my computer while I'm working. I use it for all sorts of screen and image capturing.

    A very wise investment.

    GET IT!
