Having difficulty sending traffic to my website
I have a website that is basically a squeeze page for a free ebook on financial aid for college students.
I tried that Adwords tactic where you create an image ad and pay $.01 for each lick. Long story short: Traffic is not from US, Canada, UK, etc. but Africa and Asia.
My market is college students, especially those who are in need of financial aid (scholarships, grants, etc.). You can probably tell that this is a very tough niche with very authoritative sites like College Board and all the various scholarship websites. Performing off-page SEO and link building is very tough unless I try to make my own trustworthy site like those, but I do not have the manpower nor time to do so.
How can I send targeted traffic to my site (free or paid)?
