good site/product/software to sell tickets online

my friend has been using event elephant but he said he had to wait 5 months to get paid.

Is there any really good ticket companies?

and im wondering if there is a way to do this....

Most festivals sell early bird presale tickets for cheap and then rising price in blocks when a certain date is reached. I would like instead of doing it by date, if it would be possible possible with internet to do it rising by price per every 10 or 50 sales. So you can start it very cheap months before hand to get people to be early bird and grab a bargain and rise it by a euro each time you sell a certain amount.... or something like this. And is it possible to have a counter to show how many are left at that price?

    You should check out www[dot]tickettailor[dot]com. Ticket Tailor has no per-ticket fees so it should save you a lot of money and it's very easy to get going.

    This is no problem. Just create multiple ticket types, ("Super Early Bird", "Early Bird", "Standard") and set a price and quantity for each. People will always buy the cheaper ones first and when the quantity sells out, it will say Sold Out next to it.

    Hi there! I would highly recommend EventBrite. As an event promoter, I've used them a number of times and have been extremely happy with the results. First of all, we were paid right away, immediately after the event. Secondly, the company is top-notch in that they provide a wide array of online tools to help promote your event, analyze sales, etc..
