    I notice that I tend to go to the toilet when I think of new ideas.
    Something about butterfly in the stomach.

    As for where I got them, everywhere but they come most of the time
    when communicating with partners and friends.

    I have to admit that I did get a brilliant idea on the toilet once. Sadly once I had a chance to actually analyse my idea to see if it was something that could work, I found out it was literally a pile of horse dung, so if I have an idea on the loo now, I instantly flush it away mentally.

    for a bathroom break. Good ideas tend to wake you
    from sleep early in the morning.

    Bathroom is a place to lose things (like weight), not gain
    anything.

    the only thing about getting a great idea in the bathroom is having the ability to write it down. Perhaps this is why things like the ipad were invented?

    Would be a shame to flush away a great idea from your brain...

    all my ideas come when I am in the shower. I do not know why, but it just sort of happens.

    maybe cause I am just relaxed and signing, but some of the ideas I get in teh shower I would say 90% of them have all been very profitable.

    Well, actually not so often
    Howeber, Enlightnment comes to me almost every day while I'm in the SHOWER!
    It is because water is a very fine information carrier.
    And it can help to pour cold water in the morning over yourself while standing barefoot on the soil outside (if you live on the ground)
    Tried it - really helps!

    Also, for ideas, try vitamins and essential oils - I use Duovit for men and fish oil in capsules.

    And meditation helps too. Put on some reiki music and just sit or lie down relax - let all worries go and just open your mind, after like half an hour, your mind will get clear and you'll be able to get new ideas easier, just let them come, don't resist it and don't push it, they'll just come by themselves, you just have to pose a question...

    If that is true, it could be from the relaxed state of the mind (the calming of the amygdala to be exact). Considering that toilets should have no emotional attachment to them, and only be visited when necessary, i think i might stick to the good 'ol meditation here and there.
