How good are Keyword Elite and Traffic Geyser?

Keyword Elite is a good tool for keyword research and I've heard positive things about it. Traffic Geyser, on the other hand, is a good tool for video and brand marketing.

Yes, you can get leads... and just about any kind of leads using these tools; but in and of themselves - they don't generate leads.

Basically, for a good lead gen program you generally have to create lead capture pages and drive traffic to those pages; AND then convert those visitors to leads.

You'll have to test this tactic for generating the real estate leads you want and to see if you get good results.

However, one tactic I've seen implemented specifically for R.E. leads using videos is the "property-walk-through" (don't know if this is the correct name, but is sounds good!)

In the property-walk-through, you basically record a video as you're walking through the property, while simultaneously discussing all the amenities.

Of course, you'd hide the address and location; but you'd also include your contact information, telephone number, etc. so that interested prospects can call you. And that may actually work even better than just driving people to your lead-capture pages.

Needless to say -- you'll have to test to see what works
