I remember ages ago I downloaded a program, which allows you to create certain tasks and you could set a timer for each one. It was great but I can't seem to find it.

Any suggestions would be awesome.

  • This is my favorite: The Action Machine Online

I use the free, online version. You might have to do something with settings if you use CCleaner so that it doesn't wipe your flash cookie, though, so you can keep your task lists day to day.

  • Tadalist.com is a good one. I woiuldn't consider it a software but you can make it apart of your homepage so You always see it first.

    Cheers!

    • I use sticky notes.

I have boards for every part of my business with good old Sticky Notes.

It helps sometimes to do something physical away from the computer.
