I have requested 5 articles to be written at I writer? What is the turn around time for projects requested at Iwriter?

Hi, I'll answer straight from the stats in our admin area :-P

There are a lot of factors involved here, such as:

    - what your topic is about
    - which level you submitted your article to (standard, premium, elite)
    - how confusing OR easy to understand, your instructions are
    - how much you're paying if you selected premium or elite
    - if there was a large promotion for iwriter done that day, increasing the number of articles that writers can select from.

With all of that said, here is the average for each level, right now, for the last 7 days:

    standard: 9.61
    premium: 11.31
    elite: 12.99

Those are the averages as of "right now", today.

Here is a screenshot showing a graph from the past 7 days. You can see each day is about the same overall: http://screencast.com/t/Vm5G4xapZip

You could request 1 article, or you could request 100 articles and, if you followed the averages above, you would receive all 100 written in that time frame.

But, please remember, these are averages. It could be much less. I've seen articles written in literally 20 minutes from the time they were submitted. And I've also seen some take a couple of days. Just depends on how appealing your topic is to the writers at the time.

    Hope that helps.

What's with this "turn around time" mentality. If I were purchasing articles, I would be more concerned with quality than turn around time. Try writing twenty 400 word unique articles in one setting about one obscure topic.

Nothing personal just venting a little.

Now question is this if article was copied, this should have been blocked before submission as per their copyscape checking. This should not my tendency of copying as like as I submitting so many articles earlier satisfactorily and I am very particular in submitting articles to keep my profession in progress. I approached to Mr. Charles Livingston (iwriter customer care specialist) repeatedly to inform me the particular article which was copied. But no response was received. Surprisingly to note that for the same reason after a long gap my account has been seized from 1st August 2012. Actually I expect a specific reason for banning my account with the remuneration of huge amount and my fault.
No offense Siddhu, but if your writing here is demonstrative of the writing of other premier writers, I'm a bit concerned about the overall quality on Iwriter

It usually takes a few hours only. However, you might want to check on the quality before approving, because you do not get quality articles from iwriter writers all the time.

Turn around time is a factor, if and only if the article is a quality article. The fact that many of the articles are lacking in this area could either force you to accept an article that doesn't meet your standards, or to delay your publication date.

I hope, for your sake Sid, that you got one of the quality articles.

At $1.25 per article, I'd really be questioning the quality of the work you are getting from iWriter.

More than likely, you'll get those 5 articles back, and then need to pay someone else to re-write them - I've seen it time and time again.

As to your question, anything more than 2 days is too long.

Charley, what is your iwriter username, please?

      Thank you.

Turnaround time is usually OK but as others have said, it varies by topic, etc.

Remember that you are the quality control person - you actually need to read the articles before accepting them.

I've had quality vary from pretty bad (which I've rejected of course) to pretty good.

The ones I accept normally get approved by EzineArticles at first submission and I typically only use the standard level. Just make sure that your instructions are good!

Those writer payouts are shockingly low. They would be better off getting $4 from fiverr!

Those are "standard/starter" rates. If you're better than terrible, you'll get paid MUCH higher than that. It's not even comparable.

iWriter has progressive tiers of payment for writers and as you write more articles and get more (positive) feedback it is possible to earn more. In fact as a premium writer you can earn quite well since the rates are the highest that you can get for writing articles. Furthermore, there is a consistent demand for premium writers on iWriter.

Can anyone tell me approximately how high quality you can expect from the premium writers? I submitted my first project today for basic writers. The article looked highly spun and most of the sentences didn't even make sense. I'm afraid of submitting more subjects, since my approval rate will look bad. But then again, i'm not going to accept such low quality articles.

I doubt if quality is guaranteed with iwriter?
I haven't used it before though
I am using iwriter and the quality is depend on your instructions and topics.

If you don't like the article, you can always request a rewrite or let other writer take the job.
