I know there are a lot of GoDaddy bashers on here. I'm not one of them, I like them and don't have any complaints.

I just read this online article that I thought was pretty funny so I thought I would post it here. The funny thing is it doesn't have anything to do with Domains, Hosting or their shopping cart.

Best Buy, Apple and Sony also made the list.

    It's all those DAMN sales screens I have to click through to buy a domain that frustrate me. With all of the domain names I have bought through them if I add up the wasted clicking time Godaddy would owe me a whole day!

    Haha I love this quote from the article - "Everybody is focused on shooting the elephant, but it's completely out of context," he complained. "It's as though I shot it in a zoo or something." I mean, I am not going to bash him for elephant hunting, but "out of context?" Not so much!

    That's a lame reason to be on there. I would hardly consider those ads to be sleazy. There dumb but not really that sleay compared to the rest of the crap on T.V.

      That's the point. The reporter wrote that GoDaddy markets their commercials as "too hot for TV" to get people go see the "sleazy" commercials on their website (and then hopefully they buy stuff) but in reality they're not really any more sleazy than what is showed on TV.

      That's why (according to the writer of the article) GoDaddy is sleazy for not the actual content of the commercial.

      Sounds like the reporter was disappointed about not seeing the GoDaddy girls naked on the website.
