Market Samurai wasting alot important keywords?

I have been using Market Samurai for a while and I decided to see the keyword results from Google keyword tool and I noticed that Market Samurai doesn't list all of the keywords, it does ignore most of them or doesn't find them and that is a big loss for me, I have to use the keyword tool to import the keywords manually to get the results!

anybody has this issue?

and sorry for the title, I meant wasting alot of important keywords lol

    Is Market Samurai still working 100%? I was under the impression it was dying a slow death. I used to use it all the time and really loved it, but haven't bothered for quite a while since they started having all their issues.

    After few tests I am not sure if its working correctly, it doesn't list all the keywords which is the biggest issue for me, I have to use the keywords tool to get them.. and now yahoo site explorer suspended their backlinking option so Market Samurai is using Majestico but I am not sure how reliable it is..I only use it now for the PBR and I have no clue if its right or wrong or how do they do the calculation..great product but seems like its going down.. also everyday there is an update! there is an issue..
