I have a bunch of videos I want to submit around the web for some backlinks - besides YouTube, what are good sites to look into?

Vimeo.com is similar. Tube Mogul and Traffic Geyser are paid programs that will distribute your videos for you. I've heard good things about them but haven't tried them myself.

You can use Vimeo, Dailymotion but i think that Youtube its better place to upload your videos.!

I use to use TubeMogul.com it distributes your video to several video sites and you only have to upload your videos once.

Now I just use Youtube.com primarily because I get much more results from them. I read somewhere that they are only 2nd to Google when it comes to people searching for information.

Definitely Tube Mogul - it will include all the others mentioned. I think the distribution service is OneLoad - but it's the way to go.
