Rachel Rofe has some killer stuff she is Dennis B partner and delivers some great advice. Especially if you are starting out, there are many mistakes you can make. So its best to learn all you can before you begin.

      Check Out ReplaceMyself.com

It is a course on how to outsource for you as well as training for your outsourcers.

The guy who made the training is John Jonas. He owns onlinejobs.ph - the best outsourcing website for hiring philippino workers.

I am not affiliated with him and will not get credit from recommending replacemyself but I have been checking it out and it is a really good deal.

I can go into explaining why you would go for hiring only philippinos but that would be a very long post, so I guess you just check the site out and you'll get all the answers you need.

      Hope this helps!

    Hi!
Outsourcing is fantastic, provided you know a few things...which country to use, how to have your work measured and to start off with wanting to accomplish 1 goal - only!!
Businesses often make a mistake of trying to get 1 person to do SEO, articles, build websites and ppc. That is a mistake there are lots of people better at the work than you, so use them...here are my trusted resources:

http://www.howtoearnmoneyonlineblog.net (my website, but I have stuff on outsourcing)

All the best with your work.

I liked ReplaceMyself.com and agree that the Phillipines are great. However, I use India, Romania, France, Italy, Phillipines, America, etc. Depends on the job.

Hiring is better then any course. Invest the money and time you would have spent on a course to hire your first worker. Hire for a low set fee someone with a high rating in one of the freelance websites.

I have used Elance, Guru and my current favorite is oDesk. Also, some of the WSO's are incredible. Many of my outsourced jobs have lead to longterm workers I have kept for years.

Go for a small job and test the skills. I usually find a lot of wonderful workers within 24 hours of a post. Often I hire several people and I put a deadline for completion. There is usually a new super star that I continue to use until they become swamped with work and their rates go up.

You can't go wrong when the quote is low and responses are wonderful. You will make great new friends all over the world by outsourcing. Dive in and get experience.

One of my big goals is to have outsourcers doing just about everything eventually.

I read an article by Paul Mascetta about outsourcing. It told me a story about two guys: a 'responsible' guy that went to college and a guy that was much more like me. The guy that was more like me outsourced everything he could and lives the life I want to live. The college guy doesn't.

I've also been other people's outsourcing people before.

One of the guys here said that a course isn't worth as much as just hiring someone for a test run. I totally agree.

Here I'll give you a quick one.

    1. Go to warriors for hire/odesk/freelancer.com/bestjobs.ph/elance/etc.

    2. Send introduction email and specify something to determine that they read the entire email. Something like "Put awesomesauce in the subject of your reply"

    3. Interview them via email, put in some test questions regarding key skills you are looking for and determine if they are indeed knowledgeable in the topic.

    4. Monitor response time and give specific instructions in the interview on how long they should answer the question and email you back. Say "Please answer these 5 items and email me back after two hours". If they reply after 24 hours forget it.

    5. When they pass the email interview, give them a paid test task. When they finish and submit the results observe the quality and scrap it. Tell them it didn't meet some of your requirements, make some additions in what you want and let them redo the work (just make sure you'll pay them for the day). When they submit the 2nd revision on the test task, say "it's alright but my partner/client/wife/boss/mistress has another brilliant idea. Please adjust it one last time and do ???? - if they still showed perseverance and display the same quality of work since they did the 1st one then hire them.

Last thing, pay them well, above what the some of the "crappy" courses tells you to..And don't even mention to them you have financial issues when you have one..ever. That's your problem, their problem is to deliver the same quality everyday that they're working for you. If they fail you fire them. If you mention to them you have financial issues along the way, they'll have doubts whether to stay with you.

And right from the start tell them that you are paying them above average and you expect them to be full-time. If you follow the recommendations of some "crappy outsourcing courses" that you can shortchange them, you can expect that your guys will get another employer aside from you.

Oh and one last thing. Some of these guys are the best of the best. You'll just have to find them, take care of them and not treat them like machines working over 12 hours everyday (even if you pay them above average in their country). They'll burn-out easily if you do.

You can learn from the outsourcing companies. They have experiences that you can utilize. Just ask them your question , they will answer . For example you want to outsource your wordpress designing . Just ask them what is their process. They will let you know.
