Is anyone else having problems with wso delivery, I bought one today and I got atleast 50 emails for the same wso delivery.

Any else having the same problem?

Mods: Is mine an isolated case or is it a technical glitch?

    Yep, I too am having problems with WSO delivery. I bought 2 items today and I got 61 emails for the same wso delivery, BUT several times. I currently have 15 emails x 61 copies! For 2 purchases. Crazy!

    YES! Having the same issues.

    It does appear to be the WarriorPlus WSOPro delivery system. The autoresponder is sending multiple delivery messages. One customer reported receiving 250 and counting...

    I've opened a trouble ticket with WarriorPlus and would encourage others to do the same.

    I've also had a number of complaints from customers (some of them bordering on the edge of nasty). Sellers who are using WSOPro should be aware this is going on so they can be prepared to provide a little smoothing of ruffled feathers in the customer-service department.

        Rather true, I'm afraid. I have to say, though, I had some people who completely understood and had a great sense of humor about it which made it easier to deal with the ones who were a little more irritated.

    I think there was must a small bug somewhere and I am pretty sure that Mike Lantz will be working on it and I don't suggest all to submit support, I there is no use doing like that because it is more tiresome work for the staffs to reply the same to all of them.

    But I hope so all have got there WSO products, if not then I suggest you to open a support ticket or contact the seller directly.

    Oops - the only reason I suggest that others submit trouble tickets is not to overwhelm the staff but, instead, to insure the programmers receive enough data to help them isolate the cause and apply the proper fix.

    I've been involved in large scale IT projects and software development projects in the past where someone would say they were having a problem but because they didn't have very specific information, the problem could not be identified. Just a behavior that's been ingrained in me from previous work experience, I suppose.
