I need to convert single HTML Graphical Pages to JPEG
I tried to use some programs but they didn't produce good quality images
Good Quality Output is Must!

    Well google has a screen capture plugin for chrome. You can open up
    the html page and take a screen shot using Google's screen cap tool.
    It will allow you to take screen cap of the entire page and save it as
    a JPG.

    Copying your screen to a jpeg file is easy in Windows:

    1. Display your page in your browser
    2. Hold down the Alt key (next to the spacebar) and press the Print Screen button (probably in the upper-right area of your keyboard)
    3. Launch your favorite graphics editor (Photoshop, Gimp, or even Windows "Paint".
    4. Create a new blank file in the graphics editor (usually by clicking the File menu and choosing "New" or "New File")
    5. press Ctrl-v to paste the image into the new file

    Viola! Modify the image as desired, and save it as a jpeg (either File > Save or File > Save As...).

    On a Mac it is probably similar...

    Simple.

    This site will do it for you in a second or two: Thumboo!

    Once the thumbnail image has been created make sure you click on the tab named 'HUGE: Full x Full' and it will give you a big size thumbnail of that website. Make sure you then click on that thumbnail image and it will open up the HUGE real size thumbnail image in a new window that you can simply right click on and save to your computer.

    The image quality is perfect.
