Anyone Having Problems With Backlink Booster?

I signed up for backlink booster five days ago, boosted a handful of links two days ago and still nothing.

I can't view any reports or quick tips and the sight is extremely slow for me(yet my internet and computer work fine on any other site I go to). I opened a ticket to support yesterday and have received no response, and just sent another ticket discussing my disdain for the service so far.

I had read bad things about the customer support before, but wanted to try it because I have read good things about the overall quality of the product, but now I am not so sure.

Probably should of went with the free trial.

      Lol, I know I should. I tend to get very impatient when I pay money for something and it doesn't work.

        Also, I believe that if you are not satisfied, you can get a refund. I was reading not too long ago another thread on here about BB, and in it, one of the members here reported having the same trouble. Eventually, though, he posted that he had gotten a refund, so if you are that satisfied with the service, than perhaps that's an option for you.

          I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with Backlink Booster. To answer your questions, we just installed a major upgrade this past week with a lot of new and improved functionality.

          Unfortunately, we had a small glitch with the upgrade that stopped boosting for a few days. We are almost done fixing the issue and boosting will be back to normal by tonight.

          Finally, if you submit a Help Desk ticket I would be happy to refund you for the time during which your account wasn't boosting as it should. Also, your Help Desk tickets should be responded to promptly. If not, or if you have additional questions or issues, please feel free to PM me and I would be happy to help you.

    I have used Backlink Booster and BacklinksIndexer and from my experience BacklinksIndexer provides better results than Backlink Booster.
