How do you find relevant e-zines for solo ads for your niche?

Hi, there,

Besides looking for "(niche) ezine" in Google, how do you quickly find the most relevant ezines to put solo ads in for your endeavor?

Thanks very much,

- Paul

Your absolute best resource for this is the Directory of Ezines. Plus this very useful blog post.

I would agree with Annie there, the DOE is a great resource for finding relevant ezines to advertise to.

Also type in for example make money ezines (if that is your niche of course), in quotation marks, that way you should get a list of ezines that are relevant to that niche.

Are e-zines useless to sell there?

I don't know myself, so cannot prove this for sure.
DOE (at least actual list of e-zines itself) is not free.
Yes, you can find them all in google, but it's so time consuming.
Another thing - that posting to e-zines requires sign up to numerous
sites, and each of them have different rules & regulations, what you can do
and what you cannot. Moreover, sending to entire e-zine even in IM niche
nowdays deosn't seem to be a good idea - they're only selleres there, no
buyers, novice coming to the industry are usually not members of these e-zines
and are not buying from e-zines offers or newsletters.
Am I right - or I'm missing something.

$20 per month to upgrade. Not worried about price, but wondering if anyone can say, who has experience with both this site and Directory of Ezines, how they compare, outside of cost?

I'm going to hit this up again in the hopes that somebody would care to say how Directory of Ezines compares with The Ezine Directory.
