BEST Physical Products To Sell?

Today I'm investigating selling physical products via eBay and an online store.

I'm curious what YOU believe the best physical products are to sell based on a couple of factors:

-Demand
-Profit Margin
-Competition

I know how to get just about anything cheap from China I'm just in a quest finding a market
that's worth it!

    Look at what is selling well. Find a member who seems to be profiting well with that product.

    Go to www.goofbay.com and enter their username. Goofbay will show you how many completed sales they have made and the dollar amount they have been paid.

    This will give you an idea of how well these products are selling.

    Go find your Chinese connection that will sell you the product, wholesale, and preferrably will dropship it for you, too.

    That's the quick outline of how it works.

    China is not longer equivalent to cheap. Since their whole country is becoming more industrialized you might start to find it hard to find a really good deal on anything.

    remember with any online or ebay store, the front is important but that first sale is even more important. you want to use a loss leader or a product you can break even on and send them a catalog of similar products - this is where you really money is ALWAYS made on the backend.

    You could try this neat little trick - Google Product Search shows you items people are searching for, and spits out a list of the keywords. Simply refresh the page and it gives you more.

    Just go here or click the 'Shopping' link at the top left of Google.

    P.S. I was just messing around with the Google Product Search and found a lot of searches for gas grills, natural gas grill, charcoal grills, probably getting ready for the superbowl.

        Hey blackjack,

        I just went to that Google Product Search and kept refreshing the page, it gives new recent searched terms, and I noticed grills came up quite a bit.

        If you want to do research on related keywords, use this:

    Goofbay.com is a great place to have a peak at there is another site terapeak.com you can signup to look at all the ebay's i.e. .com , .ca, .co.uk etc etc and cross compair items and products plus they allso have a hot list for the last 90 days which is good value for money if you get products that sell.
