How does 1ShoppignCart's "second level" affiliate system work?

They're charging for support now, and I'd like to know the basics before having to pay them for something I might not use.

    Are you using 1SC for affiliate tracking and payments? If I am not mistaken, that is designed to give an affiliate who recruits another affiliate to get a % of that referred affiliates sales.

      Yes. That's what I'm talking about. I'd like to give my partner the ability to have everyone sign up under her because she's my affiliate manager but I'm having trouble knowing how to do that.
