INTERNET MARKETING

Hi there,

I am currently trying to design a website for a new business I want to start. I am very conscious that I need to design and build a website that is as user friendly as possible.

Are there any resources I can find to help me design a website that is highly usable?

Does anybody have any opinions on what makes a usable website.
