PC earning $ for you Know-How / Allowed to share?

not long ago I joined this vast area of online business and e-commerce and tried to find the perfect source of passive income, while considering all the pros and cons, amount of investment and amount of possible earnings or how easy and tough would be to build your downline and much, much more criteria.
Not long ago, I've come across a very powerful mean of building your passive income using one internet service, which specializes on online advertisement and NO, it is not PTC (Paid-To-Click) stuff, where you spend 2 or 3 hours daily on clicking ads and you earn 0,001$. This is something way more effective, less painful and building your downline might reach the speed of light after some initial effort and let's say a month or two. Scam?
