I've had mine changed. It is easy, as mentioned, just submit a ticket under General Subject, tell them your current name and the name you want it switched too. Although, first try to create the name to make sure the name isn't taken or go to someone's profile and check by replacing their name with the one you want (that's what I did to check).

They had mine changed in under 24 hours.
