A little know traffic trick

Here is a little trick I learned a while-back that can help you get a lot of traffic to your websites fast. Some of you may know this but I am betting there are a lot of Warriors that don't know this. It is a fact, if you use keyword phrases that have high search volume and low competition in the title of any-kind of submission you might make online weather that is to a social book-marking site, a forum, directories or whatever type of site were you are allowed to add some kind of content there is a very good chance that your postings will rank very high with Google sometimes within a few hours.

What I mean is everywhere I add content. If I post an item on Ebay I optimize that listing. The thing that people have to remember is most sites that are constantly getting new content are constantly being crawled by Google. This very forum is a great example of that. The great thing about this method is you also get the benefit of link juice from the sites were you are allowed to enter a URL that don't have the nofollow script on your links. Sites that are constantly getting new content added to them are likely crawling with search engine spiders.
