Cloning Plugin?

Anyone have any recommendations for a good cloning plugin/script? One that is very easy to use for a non-techie. Also needs to be quick. I would like to use it for backup but mostly to clone and reproduce new sites quickly. It takes me forever to put in the settings on a new site. Not efficient, productive or financially smart. I would, of course prefer not to pay a lot but price is second to the benefits of the product. If it's easy to use (and allowed) to flip sites, all the better. Thanks.

    I'm assuming wordpress sites. If so check out WP Twin, I use it a lot and it works great.
