Where can you find local proxy servers?

I live in Australia and am looking for a local proxy server, I want to open another Facebook account but obviously will need a different IP address from my last disabled account.

        You could also try hotspotshield..They have some good free proxy servers..

    You can use many of the private proxy providers online, I am sure some have proxies located in Australia.
