I have VALUABLE Plastic Surgery Leads, but No One to Sell Them to!

There are no CPA's on any affiliate network. There used to be one for cosmeticsurgeryreferralnetwork.com but pretty sure that company is out of business. I have tried looking everywhere for a buyer.

Anybody have any bright Ideas? So far all I've got is cold calling/emailing individual doctors but the problem is it's location dependent, I got traffic coming from EVERYWHERE in the United States and even other countries. It would be nice if a company could take them off my hands wholesale. Of course most are from the big 5 states but still...

Any ideas? These leads are worth at least $50 a pop, I just have no buyers!

    I'm curious about the lead selling business as well, so I took note of it. Keep us posted if you end up making any sales, I'm sure others would be interested in hearing about it.

    I had the same problem in the same niche. Problem is, the leads are only hot for a limited time. In my case, it turned out the doc I was friends with decided to go a different route with his business (not gonna mention it here cause it's a good one too).

    But the adsense value is good on a site like your talking about.

    A lot of this stuff is sensitive material (talking about niches and monetiztion strategies), but if you feel comfortable with it, I'd love to hear how you resolve this.

    Hmmm, plastic surgery leads...who might be interested in those?

    Perhaps...I know...plastic surgeons! I know you've said you've been trying to call and email them already but I would try to get some in every major area, at least.

    Go directly to the source and sell them directly to plastic surgeons. You will get more per lead that way, too.

    I guess your problem may be that you have too many, though.

    Anyway good luck finding a place that may be able to take them en masse.

    Call local offices, give them free leads for a month. If they turn out to be qualified, they will pay you big cash for continued months.

    You could be sitting on a gold mine with these leads.

    However, the devil is in the details on what type of "gold mine" these leads really are. They could be duds for you, or I know.

    You're right, professionals / businesses don't want to JUST buy leads. They want to buy Guaranteed Business -- not necessarily leads.

    With that said, you need a mind-shift in your thinking of WHAT to do with these leads, if they are truly gold leads.

    What you NEED to do is to set up a system in order to capitalize on your leads. Meaning, Surgeons WANT GUARANTEED PATIENTS! Not just leads that may or may not result in business.

    Therefore, if you know how to set up a Referral or JV system, your "leads" could be worth WAY MORE than just $50.00 a pop. They could be worth $500.00 or $5,000+ per Referral / JV arrangement!

    Heres a thought;

    Act as a refferer. Call the leads and develop them further. Interview them and then refer them to certain doctors that your already partnered up with. Then you can probably make a percentage of the sale instead of a small price per lead.

    You guys are right, I'm gonna have to get creative and find a way to forge personal relationships with doctors in all the big plastic surgery areas: Los Angeles, Orange County, Miami, New York, Dallas, Chicago, etc. But this still leaves a lot of money on the table for other regions.. hmmm....
