  • How can taking someone else's work and you typing a few changes make it original?

I am really sorry if I sound harsh but this is blatant theft unless the book has Private Label Rights. It does not matter if the company is out of business or not. There is still copyright on that book.

    • clickbank is full of scam sellers trying to make quick money. Sell only the top 20 ranking products.

    • I am sure Sexy Sue & snickbox666 did not read anything...

      This is how I feel:

      1. You could get away with it
      2. That still doesn't make it 'right'
      3. It's easy to make an original

Never try to break Clickbanks (or anyones) T&Cs - or the law for that matter. It is NOT worth it and it will catch up with you in some way or another. On the other hand, if you have permission to sell the exact content from the producer - what's the problem? Go for it!

    • And I thought, links in signature were forbidden. Quite a risk there buddy.

Anyway, you should review it and be honest. Playing tricks, hiding in shadows and this kind of attitude won't work in internet MLM, but at least, you can change a nick, if something doesn't work out.

      Cheers.

  • Clickbank constantly reviews its products. You might be able to get away with it now, but sooner or later they can suddenly remove your product if they find it unsuitable. I guess clickbank has really started cracking down hard on scammy products.
  • The copyright was created when the document was. You can't just scan it and use it. I hope this isn't a real question. Damn.

I have one more question before I launch my first product on clickbank. Most of the ebook was scanned from a course I bought in the mid 90's. The company went out of business a while back - I know because still in contact with someone who worked there. Even though most of it is left the way it was, it is original because I updated it etc.
