Clickbank refunds automatically?

hi guys,

Does anyone experience this situation recently?

All the refund requests in my Clickbank accounts are granted immediately (3 minutes after they are opened). Is it a new Clickbank policy?

I lost $3500 in the past few days due to these refunds and many guys don't even give refund reasons. I am very frustated.

Does anyone know what is going on?

    I haven't noticed this (you are worrying me now)

    What annoys me is that everyone knows clickbanks refund policy so before they have purchased the item they have made the decision to get a refund and you could say that they are playing the system.

    It is just bad for us honest sellers that are trying to make a successful business.

      Clickbank makes it so difficult for refunds. Try and focus on products where customers are not well informed about refund policy. eg. affiliate are well informed but geneology seekers are not.

    Try and contact them i think they will assist you on this. People take an advantage once they have seen that it benefits them to the detriment of the sellers. This gives them the opportunity to test many products, click-bank should come to the rescue of the sellers.

    Yes. Any refund request sent directly to Clickbank (via email or phone) will be usually executed within the day without you (vendor or affiliate) being involved in any way.

    I think my refunders opened a ticket but they didn't send emails directly to Clickbank.

    That's why I am worried as this never happened before. Just happening in the past few days.
