Quick question, when making a fanpage for your niche website, What category would you make that page under? Thanks

I think a Community page is the best rather than the brand because when using the brand Facebook takes control of every account with over 10,000 fans.

  If you plan to use a custom iframe page as a welcome page you should not use a community page. There will be no option to select a landing page and new visitors will land on the wall page.

Yes, don't use Brand.

Facebook will really check the background of your FB page, and it has higher risk to be deleted

Generally, I use 'website', then products.

I avoid Community page as it limits customization. Clients want to customize all the time.

  Correct, community pages cannot be customized, choose brand/product and than under category choose website.

I think you should go with community page because if you use brands then it will be deleted by that authority which owned it

If you building it for your website, then choose "website" option... it's important to have proof that your fan pages belongs to the chosen category... also, community pages are limited so go with different option if you can...
