Newbies Please Don't Get Banned.....!!!!!

As i saw that there is written "Banned" under many people's name and most of them are new ones. Well i am telling you first thing that don't feel embarrassed if you get banned because no one is making you your enemy here but yes it is sure that it will not make a good impression on people.
Actually the reason behind it that lots of people join here and want to sell there services in hurry, and in hurry they don't read instruction and for fastly getting first 15, 25, 50.... posts they just post anything(sometimes very worthless) and most of them make their own thread in early joinings.
And as soon as there 50 posts completed they just started sending PM to worriors in bulk for selling their services and get banned for a short period of time.
As it all happens because they haven't read the instructions. Well my main point is that if you are a new member here and wanting to sell your services then please don't make thread for it in Main section or don't do PM in bulk. If you have some thing interesting and boosting service then make WSO in WFH or in WSO section instead of doing such non sense things.
If you just joined it then your first task is reading posts Like it or other ones which contains all rules and regulations for the forum rather than start making your own thread.
As you saw that you made thread in early joinings and just in some time it flew away in air. It is simply because that you are spamming via making such unusual posts like "Hello Newbie Here..".. Please first read the rules and then go threw it.
Well i just wrote it for your safety otherwise its your choice.
As Mod will delete your posts or will also have power for making you Banned.
