Hello everyone. Never to late for first post so I'll make it good. This is the ruff draft of a free report of my exact niche marketing strategy that I was going to give to my list as a bonus offer. I decided to post it here for free. People are selling wso on this type of stuff. Enjoy
Look on clickbank for a product to promote. It doesn't have to be clickbank, I just like them so much. Buy the product, use the product and create your own success story. This doesn't have to be in the money making niche.... or if you already bought something before that you use all the time, see if there is an affiliate program for it.

Dog training - how this program helped you train your dog
Weight loss - How this program helped you lose 20 pounds
Dating - How this guide helped me get more girls
Insomnia - How this product helped you overcome insomnia
blogging - How this product helped you make my first money with blogs
keyword tool - how this keyword tool helped you cover a niche that made you rich.
etc.......
Build a Website.
Get an autoresponder. Aweber is the best in my opinion. Register a domain for you niche. Godaddy.com namecheap.com whatever. Register Product name + review if possible or something similar. Get cheap hosting or go to weebly.com and use their free site generator then forward your domain name. Don't short cut, get hosting. Hostgator.com been reliable for years
Create a simple landing page. White paper. No flashy graphics just a couple of lines to put your text in.
Personal Testimony.
Write your personal testimony. Include your picture. Audio or video are good too. Just make it personal, how this product helped you create your success.
Now you don't want to fake it. People can tell. Be for real about it. Find a product that works for you and talk about your success and prove it. If you can't prove it don't bother with this method.
Sell your story not the product. Have links to the product affiliate page for front end sales. Call to actions every few paragraphs. 1 to 2 pages long and make a good head line.
Autoresponder.
Have 2 Opt-In boxes. One in the middle, one at the end. Give them a in depth review of the product for opting in. Since you bought the product, you will be able to write a better review then 90% of the other affiliates promoting it. But your not going to give this to them right after they opt-in.
Write something like....
For an in depth inside review of product and to learn how you can get a $39 valued bonus Free enter your name and email.
Review The Product.
Provide Screenshots, chapters list, video, talk about what features you like, talk about what you didn't like etc. Personal but unbiased review. They will not get this review until they confirm opt-in.
Create a separate page for your bonus offer and another deadline page. Getting ahead of myself. Keep reading. I will explain...

Write 3 Articles on your niche and 2 sales pitch for the product and one DEADLINE Email for your mailing.
Day 1 The review

Day 7 Deadline For the bonus
Your sales pitch doesn't have to be a direct sales pitch. Just talk about the product. Talk about success of other people. Show testimonials from the sales page. Talk about a specific feature etc. Call To Action but send them to the page talking about the bonus guide and how they will only get it if they buy through your special link.
Also have links to the affiliate page or bonus offer page inside your articles and in the signature. The last email in the sequence will be the deadline for your bonus offer. Link to your deadline page. Mention They have only until midnight to get the bonus. After this it will be removed. Have a count down timer to midnight on this page. I will talk about an optional step later.
Opt-in Thank you Page.
Thank them, tell them to check their email for the review yadda yadda yadda, you know the drill.
But talk about the special bonus report they will get if they buy the product through this special link below. Don't just get some PLR content. Write something unique that compliments the product you're promoting and offer it as a bonus. Create a sense of urgency by saying this is a limited time offer and could be removed at anytime. The better your bonus the better you will convert.
Hint: People go nuts for video bonuses. When you have people requesting if they can buy your bonus report alone you know your bonus is really good.
Tell them what to do.
On the thank you page, bonus page and deadline page tell them buy the product then email you the receipt number to get their bonus.
Or
Have a separate opt in box right on the page for the bonus provided they give you the order confirmation number. You see by having them opt in for bonuses your creating your own buyers list and buyers buy again.

You have 2 options. You can either wait to manually confirm they bought the product or you can give it to them automatically after they opt in. Tell them they will receive the bonus only after you manually confirm their order number though.
Won't people rip me off?
Maybe if they are smart enough or if they're really trying to get over on you. It does happen. If your bonus is complementary to the product they would still need to buy the product so make sure affiliate links are in the bonus. I don't have time to go through confirming all my bonus request. If you find to many people slipping through the cracks, switch to manual confirmation.
The Sales Funnel Is Complete and its Time to Promote!
Article marketing. Write at least 2 articles per day everyday for 30 days. Lot of work but thats over 60 back links pointing to your domain name. Use your keyword tool to find keywords with no more than 10,000 exact match competition related to your niche. I go as high as 30,000 but generally try to stay low since its easier to rank for less competitive keywords.
Start with ezinearticles.com. After your articles pass their strict standards, you will have no problems submitting to other article directories. Find a good submitter to save yourself some time.
Create a squidoo lens. Have some content about your niche. Link back to your landing page. Syndicate your ezinearticles.com author RSS feed on your squidoo lens. Digg, delicious, stumble, mixx, cloudtag, etc and submit your lens and author rss feeds to sites like feedagg.com or millionrss.com
Create a wordpress blog on your domain name. Blog your articles on your site. Monetize your articles with links to your affiliate or landing page. Have an opt in box on the navigation bar. Adsense is a waste of money in my opinion. I'd rather capture emails and earn affiliate commission rather then sending my traffic to some other site for few cents a click. Its up to you. Whatever works best for you.
Seo. Get your site on the first page for your product keyword.
Make sure your landing page is optimized for your product name keyword. On your landing page have links to your on site blog, privacy policy, contact page, disclaimer, and have a resource page. Link to some authority sites on your resource page like wiki. As you start trading backlinks place your links in here and on your blog.
Focus on getting backlinks. There are so many ways to get backlinks but thats for another lesson, but here are a few idea.
Videos make for good backlinks and people should treat videos like article submissions. If you don't have screen cap software or web cam software windows has a movie maker called Windows Movie Make that will allow you to make picture slide shows with music and convert them into videos. Submit then to all the top video sites. Blog your videos
Article marketing. If after 30 days of writing 2 articles per day you start getting a few sales and have a steady flow of traffic. Now for the next 30 days write 4 articles per day :-). Invest your profits and hire ghost writers to help you with some of your content. The best writers are at elance.com but you can find writers that will charge you $2 to $5 an article elsewhere but you get what you pay for.
Find other blogs related to your niche primarily blogs that focus on adsense or similar for their earnings. Write an article and email them letting them know you've written exclusive content for their blog they can use provided they linkback to your site somewhere in the post. Make sure its good content and most will publish it. Offer them a link in your resource section
Final Thoughts.
Once people opt-in to your buyers list, take them off your main list. You are already bombarding them with enough emails. I only broadcast to my buyers list. You want to pamper them. Only send them useful content and every once in a while when that new hot product your promoting comes out send a broadcast and make money with the push of a button.
Tweak and test your landing page to try to increase opt in rates and conversions. Reinvest your profits and invest in a little pay per click once the money starts coming along nicely. Invest in programs like linkvana.com so you can have a continual flow of backlinks to your site.
Just remember something. If you want to continue marketing to your main list after the deadline tell them you decided to extend the deadline. Say something like. Due to the high amount of people requesting the bonus offer even though its been removed I've decided to extend my offer to be fair to everyone who missed out due to personal circumstances.
Extend it indefinitely or until you come up with a new report. You will notice your conversion rates on your deadline page will be considerably higher then all your other pages.
