What can you do? Can you write? Do you have graphics skills? Do you know about seo and backlinking? Do you know html/css? Can you build a website?

Do you have bookkeeping skills? Do you have gardening skills? Are you trained as a nurse? Are you trained as a road mender? Are you experienced at child minding? Do you have hair dressing skills?

I won't continue, cos I'm sure you get the point. You wouldn't walk into an employment agency and expect them to find you work without telling them what you are able to do and what experience you have.

do freelancing on odesk, freelancer dot com, or maybe do microgigs on fiverr and tenrr. a tip though in fiverr, provide something that you can provide in less than 1 hour to maximize your profitability. you wouldnt want to have 100 pending gigs that takes you a day or two each to finish.

You need to think of a service to offer, probably article writing.

You then need to find a way to advertise your services. Since you don't have a website you should probably look at Fiverr, ebay and craigslist to advertise.

You could always offer services or broker services.

You could sell services and then find a cheap outsourcer (but good quality) to do the work for you. Just look at the deals on fiverr you could sell the services you see on there for say $10 each. And you will soon make a great profit.

Take a look at your skills and see how you can provide a service to others who need it. There is always going to be a need for skilled writers, graphic designers, link builders, etc. Providing a service like one of those might be your best bet.

So - you are asking how much to pay an outsourcer?

Advertise the job and tell what you are willing to pay and hire from the group that is willing to work for that amount.

Or - advertise a project stating the exact work you need done and asking for bids from outsourcers to do that amount of work. Then choose someone who bids a price you are happy with.

What someone charges for outsourced work will depend on their qualifications and on what type of work - and how much - you want done.

You can do offline CPA marketing, where you print a CPA offer link (preferably redirected shortened URL) on the poster, flyers, newspaper, or any sort of notes, that could grab someone's attention, and get them to fill out the offer.

Each offer payouts could vary from $0.10 - $50? maybe, so think of something creative.

$5-$10/hour won't be a problem for you!

You can earn that much just for leaving your PC up and running, receiving some ads from world's top profiting companies and asking a couple of your friends to do just the same. Of course, you're not paid per hour, but receive a payment after one month, which can be between 1,000$ - 5,000$, hard to tell.

That is a very low amount to be aiming for considering the US minimum wage is over $7 per hour. Either way, you can freelance your skills (writing, SEO, design, etc.), build a free blog promoting products or ads, or use classified ads to build up an online income.

List your best skills you can provide to the people on internet.
i) Article Writing
ii) Search Engine Optimization
a) Back-linking Service
b) On Page Optimization

Man there are so many legitimate ways to earn money on the web with or without a website. I have used alot. I think when this question comes up it is from someone that bounces here and there. You have to pick one way and stick too it.
If you just want a job though, you are in the wrong forum, you need to go to a work at home forum.

I'm going to suggest a different route that actually can be very lucrative....tutoring

You can easily charge $30-$50 an hour. I'd bet that you have at least one or two skillsets that you could market into a freelance side business.

Between craigslist and the various independent tutoring websites, you can easily build up your business fast....All from ads....No websites!

A lot of good advice here, but it looks from previous posts like you are trying to keep your outsourcer busy, not yourself. If that's the case...

Start another income stream! More work for him, more money for you!

I don't know where you're at in your business, but if you're doing well, consider hiring your outsourcer as a virtual assistant (if he's up for the job). Consistent work for him, and you have an outsourcer at your beck and call!

Not all of us are in a place in our business where we can do that, but it might be worth a look for you.

1. Internet Arbitrage. take all the free and cheap stuff on this website and Fiverr - Hire people to do things for $5 and market them on OTHER classifieds and free forums.
