Being an affiliate for other peoples WSO's [HELP]

Hey Warriors,

Just a quick one. When you send out an email promoting someone else's WSO and the person purchases via your link are you now responsible for all administration?

For example I just got an email about a person not getting the email for the OTO they just purchases via my link?

Should they be contacting me or the actual WSO owner?

Also with refunds Should the person wanting the refund for someone else's product come to me directly or to the WSO owner then the owner contact me?

Just a couple things that played on my mind today.

Any advice or views would be great thanks.

first let me say that customers will never behave as they should, so if your involved in the sales process, you should probably be somewhat prepared to get involved.

normally, support issues are handled by the product owner. if someone is not getting access to something they bought, you really cant do much other than put pressure on the product owner to "make it right".

as for refunds. it is actually the responsibility of whoever received the money to issue the refund. every sale is paid to only one paypal account, either the product owners or the affiliates. so whoever gets the money for the sale is who "should" issue the refund.

If you are an affiliate for WSOs that is done through WarriorPlus - a separate site.

I'm not in that program - but surely they have terms for how refunds and questions from customers are to be handled, don't they? I'd check there first.

Shouldn't an affiliate have a contract with the original seller that clarifies things like this? I would expect one.

Yes whoever gets the money in the paypal account has to do the refund. AS for not receiving the OTO maybe get at the product owner and get help for the customer or direct him to the owner.
