Is it legal to sell this software?

Over the past few years I have purchased various software such as Scrapebox that I no longer need. Is there a way to legally sell such software? Thanks.

    I think that's illegal because you are not the copyright owner of this program. It seems to me the right to sell it only has a creator of software and its distributors ...

    Maybe your allowed to sell the licensed copy you have but you can't just start selling it I believe it is illegal.

    If you want to sell the same software's that you bought (for example ScrapBox), you need a license from the product creator / owner.

    But you can legally sell such software's if you create them by your self or if you pay someone for creating them for you.

    You are not able to sell the Software legally due to the right that you are not the rightful owner of the product. If you paid the rights of the software meaning that you own the software now, you would then be able to sell it.

    It may be possible that you are able to sell your licensed copy but you must look into the terms and conditions of the creator of the software.

        If you want to sell your single license, you can for sure do that!

        Because it's legal to sell the single license of games, software's, etc. to others.

        But remember! You can only sell your license once!

            You can maybe sell it on the "Classified Ads" section on this forum. I'm not sure, but you can give it a try.

            If not, you can for example list it on ebay or search for digital marketplaces on Google.

    Contact the owner of the software and ask them if it's alright for you to transfer your license, provided you do have a license. They may allow you to sell your one copy.

      For some software the license is restricted to "personal use" - so you need to find out if the seller allows licenses to be transferred by selling or not.
