Hi,

I have a product coming up soon and the topic is separated into many categories and sub-categories. Well I have been researching it and it turns out there are A LOT of info.

I have two ways to organize the product:

1. A plain simple eBook which will be quite long - about 20,000 words and 60 pages long.

Pros - easier to make.

Cons -

might be a bit to much for the reader to handle.

2. I can organize them into articles and put them on a site.

Pros - easier to navigate.

Cons -

Reader might not realize and leave out some articles.

Since most of the information is already out on the internet (but not widely known), I'm a bit scared that they will think I ripped it off and request a refund.

I will also setup a community in my site once after launch and users will be able to submit their own info the the site.

So can fellow warriors please give me some suggestions.

Thanks Happy Chinese New Year

Take it down from the Internet if you want to sell the content

I always prefer articles in a website to products because I'm too scared of refunds and costumer support. But even if the information is available on the Internet (which info isn't nowadays?), the value of the product depends on how easily it is found and on how organized it is. We can give tips, but since you are the one who knows the product and (hopefully) researched the market, you are the only one who can answer which is the best option

Affiliate links, adSense, eBay, aStore, Ad Space. You don't have to deal with buyers in any of them But I hear you can make a lot more money selling your own products

I have a product that I set up as a membership site. I took an ebook I had written and put it on the site. I set it up where it can be viewed online inside the members area. There are links to the chapters to navigate the book, and the chapters are broken into several pages with continue links until you get to the last page.

I also placed all the content into a PDF file that can be downloaded also. I put some videos on the site as well from places like YouTube and ExpertVillage.

So you could use a combination of the two. Put everything into a members area with password access. Then you can put all the articles together in a PDF file as a book, and post them as content also for the readers to view online if they don't want to download the book.

I would sell the ebook that gives them access to a membership area where they can read it all as well. Just as Michael Perkins said.

I wouldnt worry too much about them finding the information on the net and asking for a refund, if that were a real concern no one would be making ebooks anymore because everything can be found online. You will have people asking for a refund no matter your product, its part of selling.

Thank you fellow warriors for your comments.

I have decided to split the eBook up into different sections. So when I finish I will have 5 different detailed eBooks. That way the eBooks won't look chunky and it will be a bit easier to navigate through. After I get my site together I'll then make it viewable on the site. If successful, I'll probably scratch the eBook up and just use the online one so it will be more secure.

      Thanks guys
