Paul,

Load the graphics onto a photo sharing site like Photobucket. Once you have loaded, copy the image link code that Photobucket gives you.

When you insert a graphic into your thread, it will ask you for the url. Paste that link in there and it will work.

[Edit] Make sure that they are not bigger than 700 pixels wide otherwise they will distort your thread, as they have done in that thread you referenced above.

If you are referring to the images, they are simply placed in the thread using HTML. This is simply done by clicking the "insert image" button in the editor window. It looks like a yellow picture with a mountain and sun.

Format the text in your post using headings, various font sizes and appealing colors. Take a look at a few of the other posts related to what you do and gather ideas on how you could take a similar approach.
