What is the key to the perfect niche site?

Just wondering what you guy's think is the key to a perfect niche site. Could it be the design? The amount of content? The quality of content?

Please, don't post: "All of those..," or "figure it out yourself." Those answers will not help anyone.

Thanks and happy holidays!

    Hi,

A perfect niche site is a site that connects and engages the particular niche. No two niches are exactly the same, so the real key to developing a perfect site is market research and refining based on data that you receive from visitor behavior once your site is active.

Sorry, but some niches respond to junk designs, some to high end... it really all depends on the target market.

So, the market research aspect would fall under "demographics?" Or actual content needed to engage the user?

surely the perfect niche site is one that converts. Ultimately the reason you get a visitor is because he is looking for something. Your job in the niche site has to be to answer the question, or provide the service or make the visitor feel that arriving on your page was worth his time.

There are gorgeous niche sites that don't convert and ugly niche sites that do. Ultimately, if the visitor puts his hand in his pocket and buys something, you've done the hard work.

        Good Luck

Two keys for a niche website to be successful

    1- Traffic
    2- Conversion

I would recommend that you focus on getting traffic first then work on conversion as now you have visitors and can analyze how they react to each change you make to your website or content of the website. Remember that you should test what is screaming before what is whispering, I mean to test major things like the design of the website first then test the minor things like the color of links or changing the buttons or banners I hope that you understand what I mean
